Bartering Professional Massage Services - Is it Legal???

To be quite honest, I do not know if bartering is legal. I don't know if bartering is legal at the Federal level, State level, on and on.

I'm sure there are laws in place at each level, yet I don't have to time to look them up.

Bartering seems to be very popular; perhaps it's just one of those issues that no-one (in regards to enforcement) looks at.

To cover my own tail here, I'll have to go on record and state that I'm NOT promoting anything illegal. I'm just looking for idea's and discussion.

Each of every one of us are responsible for our own actions. Do as you please; find locals laws and abide by them or suffer the consequences ;)
