The topic of this workshop is the role of medical and sports massage in the prevention and management of sports-related injuries and improvement of athletic performance.

Boris will start by showing a hands-on demonstration of medical and sports massage techniques. During the demo he will offer thorough and detailed explanations on the subject. Following this demo the participants will practice these techniques on each other under Boris’ direction and supervision. The hands-on training will be combined with theoretical explanations as well as questions and answers.
