Massage Chairs
Massage Chairs are another important piece of massage equipment.
Let me help you choose the one that's right for you!
Fitting The Best Chair Into Your Budget
Choosing a chair is similiar to selecting your massage table. Before your purchase, let's answer a few questions first: - What's your budget?
- How compact and light (in weight) do you need the chair to be?
- What fancy attachments do you really need?
- How does quality and your budget fit together?
- Do you NEED to buy NEW?
- Is there a warranty or guarantee with your purchase?
- What are the shipping and handling fees going to cost you?
- How long is the shipping time and when do you need it?
Personally, I've always wanted the best. I always budget my money for new pieces of equipment.
How about YOU though? Can you afford NEW or is it more practical (especially in the beginning of your career) to purchase used equipment?
- Is there a local supplier that can save you time and shipping costs?
- Does the massage school you've attended have some used equipment for sale?
- Have you looked in your local paper for used massage equipment?
- Have you checked out E-BAY and other alternatives to purchasing straight from the distributor?
Again, just like with your massage table, take your time and review all your options before your purchase.
A huge benefit of chair massage is that it's much more mobile than lugging a massage table around. You can take it just about anywhere you want and it takes much less time to set up. Also, in many states such as here in Nevada, you don't have as many restrictions with chair massage as with a massage table. When I have time I'll write about marketing chair massage as well. It's very exciting!
