Massage Tips Monetary - Do you receive tips?

I'll start the ball rolling by first explaining what I mean. I'm talking money tips from clients for a massage completed. An example would be, the massage session cost $70.00 and they pay you $80.00; $10.00 for the tip.
Performing massage in Las Vegas is still seen mostly as a service, or luxury service where tipping is almost required. Las Vegas is a 'service oriented' city so it goes without saying.
Within my own Las Vegas massage practice, 'tipping' is rather interesting. When I performed all outcall massage in clients homes, I was always tipped. I also used a little trick for this, setting my massage pricing at an 'odd' number. I charged $90.00 per 60 minute massage. I'd always receive at least one hundred bucks if not more. I'll also admit that I catered to more higher income clients.
Now that I have a central location, masage tips are more sporadic. I'm also building my new Las Vegas massage client base, and new clients are not nearly as likely to tip, or tip big, since they don't know me or my massage sessions very well. I average between a $10.00 and $20.00 tip, per massage in Las Vegas. This may not sound like much, but it really adds up at the end of the week, month and year!
I also use massage tips monetary as my own personal savings account. All tips received go into a special 'holding account' for a special occasion or something special.
If I'm working with patients of Dr. Kenny or another prescription from a doctor, I can forget about being tipped. Patients don't tip their doctors, so why should they tip me? It's also more of a 'clinical' setting performing Medical or Orthopedic Massage, so they are not as relaxed or blissed out as a Las Vegas Therapeutic Massage session.
How do massage tips in your location compare to massage in Las Vegas? Also, if you are a Las Vegas massage therapist, how do your massage tips differ from mine? Or, are they the same?
